Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Calendar Timesheet add-on for Google Sheets ("the add-on", "we") accesses, how it is used, and your choices. Contact: winghuo19820628@gmail.com.

1. Google user data the add-on accesses

• Google Calendar (read-only): the list of your calendars and, for the calendar and date range you choose, each event's title, description, start and end time, all-day flag and your response status. Used only to build your timesheet.
• The current Google Sheet: the add-on creates or replaces the "Timesheet" and "Client Summary" tabs in the spreadsheet where you opened it. It does not access your other files.

2. How the data is used and stored

• Calendar data is processed inside Google's Apps Script environment in your own account at the moment you click "Generate timesheet". The results are written only to your spreadsheet.
• We do not send your calendar data to our servers or to any third party, and we do not store it.
• Your add-on settings (selected calendar, client rules, rates, rounding options) and license information are saved in Google's per-user script storage (User Properties) so they can be pre-filled next time. Only you and the add-on can read them.

3. Licensing and payments

If you buy Pro, payment is handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record, under its own privacy policy. When you activate or the add-on re-checks a license (about once a day), the add-on sends only the license key, an internal license instance ID, and a random anonymous identifier generated by Google for this add-on to our license server (a Google Apps Script web app we operate), which forwards them to Creem to check the license. The license server does not keep logs of these requests. No calendar or spreadsheet content is sent.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share Google user data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Calendar Timesheet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Retention and deletion

• Generated sheets are ordinary Google Sheets tabs you own; delete them any time.
• To remove saved settings and license data, uninstall the add-on, or click "Remove license" in the sidebar.
• You can revoke the add-on's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7. Security

All communication with Google and Creem uses HTTPS. The add-on requests the narrowest Google permissions it needs: read-only access to Calendar and access to the current spreadsheet only.

8. Children

The add-on is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the "Last updated" date above.
