Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Schedule Sync add-on for Google Sheets ("the add-on", "we") accesses, how it is used, and your choices. Contact: winghuo19820628@gmail.com.

1. Google user data the add-on accesses

• Google Calendar: the list of calendars you own (so you can pick one), and the ability to create calendars and to create, update and delete events. The add-on only changes events it created itself (it tags each one), and only after you review them in the preview and click Apply.
• The current Google Sheet: the add-on reads the sheets you select (event list, roster, shift codes), writes a "Sync ID" column to event lists, and keeps a hidden "_schedule_sync" sheet that maps rows to the events it created. It does not access your other files.

2. How the data is used and stored

• All processing happens inside Google's Apps Script environment in your own account when you click Preview or Apply.
• We do not send your spreadsheet or calendar data to our servers or to any third party, and we do not store it.
• Your add-on settings are saved in the spreadsheet's document properties, and license information in Google's per-user script storage.
• If you choose to invite guests, Google Calendar sends invitations to the email addresses in your sheet.

3. Licensing and payments

If you buy Pro, payment is handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record, under its own privacy policy. To activate or re-check a license (about once a day), the add-on sends only the license key, a license instance ID and a random anonymous identifier generated by Google to our license server (a Google Apps Script web app we operate), which checks it with Creem. The license server does not keep logs of these requests. No spreadsheet or calendar content is sent.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share Google user data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Schedule Sync's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Retention and deletion

• Events created by the add-on are ordinary events in your calendar; delete them or the whole synced calendar any time.
• Delete the "Sync ID" column and the hidden "_schedule_sync" sheet to remove the add-on's bookkeeping.
• You can revoke the add-on's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7. Security

All communication with Google and Creem uses HTTPS. The add-on only accesses the current spreadsheet, not your other files.

8. Children

The add-on is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
