Terms of Service

By installing or using the Schedule Sync add-on for Google Sheets ("the add-on") you agree to these terms. Contact: winghuo19820628@gmail.com.

1. The service

The add-on is a Google Apps Script tool that runs inside a copy of our Google Sheets template in your own Google account. It creates, updates and removes Google Calendar events from an event list or a shift roster in your spreadsheet. The free version handles up to 50 events per schedule; Pro removes that limit.

2. Your responsibility

Always review the preview before applying changes. You are responsible for the schedules you publish to calendars and for any invitations sent to guests or staff from your sheet.

3. Purchases

Pro is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription through Creem, which acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record and handles payment, taxes and receipts. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in the Creem customer portal (also linked in the add-on sidebar and in your receipt email); cancelling stops all future charges.

4. Refund policy

If Pro does not work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment (or of a yearly renewal) and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. Monthly renewals after the first month are not refunded, but you can cancel to stop future charges.

5. License

A Pro license may be activated on up to 3 Google accounts belonging to the purchaser. Do not share, resell or publish license keys.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the add-on to send unsolicited invitations, or attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or abuse the add-on or the licensing service.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the add-on working, but it depends on Google and Creem services and is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the add-on is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend licenses that violate these terms.
